AllergyCard Advanced© is a user-friendly electronic clinical record folder dedicated to patients with allergic and respiratory diseases. It can work locally or within a networked client-server sharing the same database. It 's ready to use multilingual (English, Italian, German, etc..)

The main innovation in Allergycard lies in its graphical forms and the tools. Bars or circles, colors and symbols look different depending on the severity and the reliability of the diagnosis, on patient's data (history, physical disorders, physical examination, diagnostic studies major, requirements therapeutic, etc.). A special feature is that data are organized and shown chronologically and dynamically by age. This graphical representation is created automatically by the software in real time allowing the doctor to get, in the opening page, a summary of the patient's clinical situation. The doctor can also select the chronological range (years, months, days) he wants to see and he can to expand/restrict graphically the period of time taken into account.

GuideLines

Data entry is easy and can be done almost exclusively with the mouse. The content is organized as in a Windows Explorer tree. This allows storing quickly a large amount of encoded data without hampering the normal clinical practice. Diagnostic criteria and grade of disease severity can be obtained in automatic and guided fashion according to the latest guidelines (GINA for asthma, ARIA for allergic rhinitis, Williams' or Hanifin Raijka for atopic dermatitis) .

AllergyCard© implements also ScoradCard©, the popular software that allows measuring and calculating  SCORAD index (the index most used for atopic dermatitis severity evaluation) in a very simple and intuitive way.

Diagnostics

The results of skin prick test, patch test, specific IgE assays, respiratory tests, etc., can be automatically stored and printed. The printed report can be customized either as text or as graphics with the doctor's logo or heading letter. 

AllergyCARD can be easily interfaced with instruments. For example, patient's specific IgE responses to allergens, both extracts and molecules, can be uploaded automatically skipping a manual data entering stage. 

And is possible to follow chronologically the evolution graph of the result of skin tests (both as a wheal diameter of both as Skin-Index) and specific IgE (both arithmetic and logarithmic scale).

Even the SCORAD index is plotted versus time.

Other Features

Almost all the data are stored and encoded in a way that make easy and simple their extraction for statistical analysis. This allows a sophisticated and powerful statistical processing of data in multi-user environment and prepares the shared vision of data from networks of clinical centers all using the same version of advanced AllergyCard©.

The software, as well as the therapeutic formulary official and international encoding allergens, can be updated automatically via the Internet.
