ScordCard© V2.0 is a designed to help the evaluation of atopic dermatitis (AD) severity of, through the calculation of SCORAD, which is one of the most used method for this purpose. It allows you to draw up an appropriate model, and directly on the screen, the extent of AD. The objective assessment of symptoms is guided by specific standardized and validate photographs, and subjective symptoms are expressed through an intuitive "visual analog scale".
